Aim is to provide ISKCON educators from around the globe the opportunity to share some of the invaluable insights they have acquired through their many years of practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As our movement is educational and scientific, we also receive additional information from different ministries on how their innovations are developing and what progress they have made in their areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can learn more about this project by following the links:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/fortnight-symposium-seminars\/\">Video presentations<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/journal\/\">Viplavah magazines<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-38bbbff9\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">BOOKS ARE THE BASIS<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Sanga of GBCs, Gurus and Sannyasis held in 2015, it was noted that a survey conducted by the GBC had revealed that less than 17% of ISKCON leaders actually read Srila Prabhupada\u2019s books regularly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It became apparent that although Srila Prabhupada had repeatedly emphasised the importance of his books and requested every member of ISKCON to read and train others in systematically studying them, many devotees were finding themselves falling short of the standard he expected of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognising the critical nature of the situation at hand, the Ministry of Education, with the blessings of the GBC body introduced \u201cBooks Are The Basis\u201d as a project designed to actualise Srila Prabhupada\u2019s desire to see his books once again be placed at the centre of ISKCON\u2019S devotees spiritual lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can learn more about this project by following the links:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/books-are-the-basis\/\">Overview<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/in-depth-interviews\/\">Interviews with ISKCON leaders about the impact Srila Prabhupada&#8217;s books have had on their spiritual life<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/nectar-drops\/\">Nectar Drops &#8211; minute video clips of interviews with leaders on the importance of Srila Prabhupada&#8217;s books<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iskconeducation.org\/bn\/batb-reports\/\">Books are the Basis Reports<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-84a7c99f\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\u09b8\u09ae\u09b7\u09cd\u099f\u09bf\u0997\u09a4 \u09aa\u09b0\u09c0\u0995\u09cd\u09b7\u09be<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The ISKCON Ministry of Education and the ISKCON Board of Examinations (BOEX) are extremely happy to launch the Sastric Summative Examination for ISKCON leaders. For many ISKCON leaders a Summative Examination may be the best option they have for carefully studying the books and achieving their Bhakti Sastri, Bhakti Vaibhava or Bhakti Vedanta degree. BOEX Approved Exam Centers are authorized to evaluate senior candidates and administer the attached Summative Exam. Exam Centers should provide details of graduates assessment (venue, date, invigilator, grade), to the ISKCON Ministry of Education Secretary.
