Bhaktivedanta College of Education and Culture

The Bhaktivedanta College of Education and Culture (BCEC) was founded in July 1991 in Durban, South Africa. His Holiness Bhakti Brhat Bhagavata Swami – then known as Brhat-Mrdanga Dasa formed the BCEC under the instructions and guidance of His Holiness Giriraj Swami. The college is a forum to discuss and relish the translations and purport of the books of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Courses for children

Fun filled strategies to present Vedic culture to children, insulating them against the somewhat decadent society that we are living in. Through the medium of music, drama, debates, quizzes, and games, children will now be able to study the ancient wisdom of the Vedas.

Courses for adults

All classes are part-time and are a minimum duration of one hour each. This format attracts those who hold regular jobs, professionals, housewives, businessman and students alike.
