Dieses Gremium hat die Befugnis, vorgeschlagene Pr\u00fcfungen f\u00fcr die Verleihung der Abschl\u00fcsse Bhakti-Sastri, Bhakti-Vaibhava, Bhakti-Vedanta und Bhakti-Sarvabhauma zu pr\u00fcfen und zu genehmigen. Grundlage hierf\u00fcr sind die von Srila Prabhupada vorgegebenen Richtlinien f\u00fcr die Verleihung dieser Abschl\u00fcsse. Ohne die Genehmigung des ISKCON-Pr\u00fcfungsausschusses darf kein ISKCON-Zentrum diese Abschl\u00fcsse verleihen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So erm\u00e4chtigte der GBC den Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss (BOEX), ein System zur Zulassung von ISKCON-Zentren einzurichten, die befugt sind, ISKCON-Sastra-Abschl\u00fcsse zu verleihen. Der Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss (BOEX) arbeitet nun unter der Aufsicht des ISKCON-Bildungsministeriums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:47px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politik<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss (im Folgenden als BOEX bezeichnet) des Bildungsministeriums der ISKCON (im Folgenden als ISKCON MoE bezeichnet) \u00fcbernimmt, auf Grundlage der in Artikel XY der Organisations- und Betriebsordnung enthaltenen Befugnisse, die folgende Richtlinien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Zielsetzung und Aufgaben<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Der Pr\u00fcfungsausschuss (BOEX) untersteht dem Bildungsministerium der ISKCON.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die BOEX ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Anforderungen der Abschl\u00fcsse Bhakti-\u015b\u0101stri, Bhakti-vaibhava, Bhakti-ved\u0101nta und Bhakti-sarv\u0101bhauma. Diese werden im Folgenden als \u015a\u0101stric-Abschl\u00fcsse bezeichnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die BOEX ist dazu befugt, vorgeschlagene Pr\u00fcfungen f\u00fcr die Verleihung von \u015a\u0101stric-Abschl\u00fcssen zu pr\u00fcfen und zu genehmigen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die von \u015ar\u012bla Prabhup\u0101da vorgegebenen Richtlinien f\u00fcr die Verleihung dieser Abschl\u00fcsse bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Genehmigung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Ohne die Zustimmung des ISKCON-Pr\u00fcfungsausschusses darf kein ISKCON-Zentrum diese Abschl\u00fcsse verleihen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BOEX gibt au\u00dferdem zu allen Angelegenheiten eine Stellungnahme ab, zu denen das MoE oder die ISKCON-Leitungskommission (im Folgenden als GBC bezeichnet) darum bittet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Organisation of the Board of Examinations<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The BOEX shall consist of XY members appointed by the Minister of Education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positions that may be held in BOEX:<ul><li>Chairman;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Vice-Chairman;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Secretary;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Director of Education<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regular member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The BOEX shall elect a Chairman by majority vote, who shall be responsible for convening and chairing BOEX meetings, and announcing program items. In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman, also elected by BOEX, shall chair the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Secretary is appointed by the Ministry of Education. The Secretary is responsible for keeping the minutes of the meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BOEX meetings may be attended by invited members with a proposing and advisory role but without voting rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The rights and duties of Board of Examinations members<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The members of the BOEX shall have the right and duty to facilitate the effective functioning of the Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The member shall:<ul><li>attend the meetings of the Board;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>in case of absence, notify the Chairperson at least one day before the meeting;<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>comply with the MoE and Board regulations in the course of his\/her activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A member is entitled to:<ul><li>ask questions, make comments, initiate action or amendments on any matter within the competence of the Board at the meeting;<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to have access to all information necessary for the performance of the duties arising from membership of the Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members shall be bound by confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Description of how the Board of Examinations works<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BOEX shall meet online every fortnight or as designated by the Chairman. The meeting shall be convened by the Chairman, who shall indicate the items on the agenda. The notice of the meeting and the items on the agenda shall be sent to the members in electronic form at least 7 days before the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any member of BOEX may initiate a special meeting of the Board by sending the agenda item(s) and\/or proposal(s) to the Chairman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any member of the Board may propose additional items to the agenda, in writing, not later than 3 days before the date fixed for the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minutes shall be taken of the meetings of the Board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minutes shall contain:<ul><li>the time and place of the meeting;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the names of the participants at the meeting;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the name of the Chairman;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the agenda items adopted;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the opinion of the Board on each item (optionally, if directed by the Chairman);<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>the numbered decisions of the Board (e.g. BOEX20230323\/1);<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>any other relevant circumstances relating to the conduct of the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minutes shall be sent to the members of the Board by the Secretary within 7 days of the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members may submit written comments on the minutes within 5 days of their receipt to the Chairman.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The meetings of the Board shall be closed, and its minutes shall not be public.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Director of Education shall report on the decisions of the Board to the Minister of Education, and in justified cases to the GBC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Board shall report annually to the MoE on its activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.  Decision-making<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The quorum of the Board shall be at least 75% of its members present at a meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Board shall normally vote by open poll, except on personnel matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Board shall take its decisions by a simple majority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a tied vote, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voting shall be by a &#8220;yes&#8221;\u201a &#8220;no&#8221; or &#8220;abstain&#8221; vote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A secret vote shall be taken on questions of personnel, in which case a vote shall be taken by &#8220;yes&#8221; or &#8220;no&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptionally, voting may be by e-mail (or another electronic platform), with each member sending his\/her vote to the Chairman. Votes cast by e-mail shall be archived.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of an electronic poll, in addition to the above, a vote &#8220;the question cannot be decided without a meeting&#8221; may also be used. If at least 50% of the members of the Board have voted &#8220;the question cannot be decided without a meeting&#8221;, a live meeting of the Board shall be convened to discuss\/decide the question.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a failure to reach a decision, the Chairman shall call a reconvened meeting of the Board within a maximum of 15 days. In such cases, the quorum of the Board meeting shall be irrespective of the number of persons present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proposal shall be deemed adopted if the number of votes in favor exceeds the sum of the votes against and abstentions. Otherwise, the proposal shall be considered rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. H. Robinson) was born January 12, 1948, on the Pacific Island of Guam, when his parents were working there at the end of WWII on government contract. He grew up in Arizona and Southern California, and then graduated with a 1st-place prize (Phi Beta Kappa) in Psychology from the University of California in 1970, headed East, got a Black Belt in Okinawan based Uechi Ryu Karate, and was initiated as a disciple of Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Prabhupada, in 1974. Took Sannyasa vows from H. H. B. S. Damodara Swami, and joined Maharaja\u2019s Bhaktivedanta Institute, as a researcher and Member of the Board of Director\u2019s in 1984. He became an ISKCON diksa guru in 1994, and in 2004 he co-founded the NIOS (North American Institute for Oriental and Classical Studies) which, by Srila Prabhupada\u2019s mercy, has been able to organize wonderful events with Indian Museum, Kolkata; National Library, Peru et al. He is an initiated disciple of His Holiness Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami and a sannyasa disciple of His Holiness Jayadvaita Swami, who are both disciples of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder Acharya of ISKCON. Yadunandana Swami has been studying and practicing Caitanya Vaishnavism since 1977. Presently, his main services in ISKCON are focused on systematic God-centered education by developing educational initiatives and by teaching courses on Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam (Bhagavata Purana), and other subjects. He is convinced that such education is the best way to improve the lives of individuals, develop communities, and, ultimately, better the world. Er arbeitete 12 Jahre lang als Buchverk\u00e4ufer und Spendensammler f\u00fcr den Tempel. In den folgenden vier Jahren hielt er sich unter der pers\u00f6nlichen Anleitung seines Mantra-Gurus in Bangladesch auf, wo er flie\u00dfend Bengali lernte und Predigten hielt. Er lebt in Sri Dhama Mayapur und unterrichtet Sastra sowie Lehrerausbildung in Englisch und Bengali in ganz Indien, Bangladesch und dem Nahen Osten. He is an initiated disciple of His Holiness Satsvarupa Dasa Goswami and a sannyasa disciple of His Holiness Jayadvaita Swami, who are both disciples of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder Acharya of ISKCON. Yadunandana Swami has been studying and practicing Caitanya Vaishnavism since 1977. Presently, his main services in ISKCON are focused on systematic God-centered education by developing educational initiatives and by teaching courses on Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam (Bhagavata Purana), and other subjects. He is convinced that such education is the best way to improve the lives of individuals, develop communities, and, ultimately, better the world. From 1992 to 1996 he was active in Nama Hatta preaching in Ghent, and joined the Radhadesh temple in 1996. In 1994 he met His Holiness Bhakti Charu Swami who accepted him as his disciple and gave him first initiation on 12 March 1998 and second initiation on 25 August 1999. On the 31st May 2015 he was Awarded sannyas initiation by Bhakti Charu Swami. Right after his second initiation he became the first secretary for the newly formed European RGB. He organized the first European Leaders Meetings (ELM) and went on several missions for the European RGB. In 2002 His Holiness Bhakti Prabhava Swami was requested to become to Secretary for the Global GBC Body and the Secretary for the GBC Executive Committee. He fulfilled that role until September 2009. From 2011 to 2016 he served as Secretary for the GBC Sannyasa Ministry and helped with the development of the ministry. During that period he attended all GBC meetings and all GBC mid\u2010year meetings. He organised the first GBC midyear meeting held at Prabhupadesh in Italy in October 6\u20109, 2006. From 1996 to 2007 he engaged in management of the Radhadesh projects, mainly taking care of supervising the administration, tax defence and legal matters. He also served as legal director, trustee, teacher and student in the Bhaktivedanta College. In 2011 he shifted his home base to Leicester (UK) where he introduced the Bhakti Sastri course. Since 2015, Bhakti Prabhava Swami is offering bhakti-sastri and bhaktivaibhava on-line courses. His Holiness Bhakti Prabhava Swami travels and teaches Srimad Bhagavatam and other bhakti scriptures in ISKCON centres and institutions around Europe since early 2000s, especially in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Ukraine, Canada, United States and Bulgaria. He studied Bhaktivaibhava (2001-2005) and Bhaktivedanta (2006-2011) at the VIHE in Vrindavana, earned a PhD in the Study of Religion at the University of Wales (2016) and published a number of academic articles. He currently serves as a member for Sannyasa Ministry and as a member for the ISKCON Board for Examination. He served as a book distributor and fundraiser in ISKCON Melbourne for 12 years. Prabhu spent the subsequent 4 years, under the personal guidance of his mantra guru, preaching in Bangladesh, during which time he learnt fluent Bengali. Prabhu resides in Sri Dhama Mayapur, and teaches sastra and teacher training in both English & Bengali mediums, throughout India, Bangladesh and the Middle East. He was introduced to Krishna Consciousness in 1996 and joined ISKCON Pune as full-time brahmachari in 1999 where he served in youth\/college preaching and corporate preaching departments. Vamsivadan Das teaches Bhakti Sastri, Bhakti Vaibhav, Bhaktivedanta, TTC, ISKCON Disciples\u2019 courses in various parts of India and outside. He is a teacher at Mayapur Institute. He has written study guides, including Bhagavata Subodhini and Caitanya Subodhini, and teaches Bhagavatam courses at several places in India. From 2005 he was living in brahmachari asram. He got a bachelor's degree in teaching English. He received first initiation in 2008 and 2nd in 2009.<br \/>In 2010 he moved to brahmachari asram in Almaty, Khazakstan. His main service was sankirtana and education programs.
