Complaints Procedure

The ISKCON Ministry of Education is committed to creating a safe, respectful and fair educational environment for all participants in the educational process.

If you have experienced unethical, rude, discriminatory, unfair or otherwise unacceptable behavior by teachers, members of the education center or administration, you can send a complaint to the Ministry of Education.

We will ensure:

• Confidentiality of the handling of the complaint;
• Objectivity and impartiality of the review;
• Taking appropriate action based on the results of the review.

The Ministry of Education respects the right of applicants to protect their personal data and will take necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality of the information contained in the complaints submitted.

All information provided in the complaint will be used exclusively for the purpose of reviewing the complaint, conducting the necessary investigation, and taking appropriate measures. Access to the data is restricted to the Ministry’s management.

The Ministry will not disclose the applicant’s personal information to third parties without their consent.
