In order to verify the validity* of a Certificate (Bhakti Sastri / Bhakti Vaibhava / ISKCON Teachers Certificate) we will first need to check the type of certificate.

Does the certificate have a unique code on the front, like the one in the diagram below:

If you select “Yes, I have a unique code” you will be prompted to enter the unique code in the next page.

If you select the other option, you will be prompted to enter the Course, Name, Center, and Date of Completion, as displayed on the certificate.

*IMPORTANT: This form is for verification purposes only, and not for retrieving lost or missing certificates. For replacement certificates the student must contact the center that issued the certificate.
