MOE Outreach Initiative
Project Charter
Krishna Conscious Early Childhood Education
1. Project Title
Krishna Conscious Early Childhood Education System
(Bhakti Bala → Bhakti Kishore → Bhakti Yuva)
2. Background & Context
ISKCON has developed structured education pathways for adults (Bhakti Shastri and beyond), but there is no
standardised, scalable system for early childhood devotional education.
As a result:
Children of devotees grow up in materialistic environments
Early samskaras are not systematically developed
Parents lack structured guidance
Risk of second-generation drift is increasing
This creates a strategic gap in sustaining Krishna Conscious culture across generations.
3. Problem Statement
There is no formal, structured, and scalable system to help devotee and new-devotee families raise
children in a Krishna Conscious lifestyle during early formative years (ages 3–12).
4. Project Objective
To design and implement a structured, scalable Krishna Conscious child education system that enables
parents to systematically cultivate devotional habits, values, and identity in children aged 3–12.

Khushboo Singh
Senior Advisor, ISKCON Ministry of Education
Khushboo is a multidisciplinary professional shaped by rigorous academic training, corporate experience in banking and technology, and sustained spiritual inquiry. Raised in a traditional devotional family grounded in the Vedic shastras, her early exposure to contemplative traditions informed a lifelong engagement with deeper existential questions. Her grandparents were instrumental in imparting her early Vedic education, particularly in the philosophy of Acintya Bheda Abheda. Analytical in orientation and reflective by nature, she integrates lived devotion with disciplined scholarship across professional and intellectual domains.
An alumna of the University of Greenwich, London (MA) and Symbiosis International University, India (MBA, BCA), her work is informed by strong academic foundations, analytical practice, and a grounding in Vedic thought, alongside experience across corporate, educational, and humanitarian contexts.
Her professional journey includes experience with leading global organisations such as Oracle and HSBC, where she worked across technology and banking environments. Earlier in her career, she also served as a faculty member and trainer in Organisational Psychology and Leadership, contributing to academic and professional development initiatives.
Today, her work spans educational and social impact projects, and leadership at the intersection of spirituality and contemporary life. As Director of Divinity Projects, London, Khushboo also collaborates on social initiatives in advisory capacities, supporting strategic communication around education, wellbeing, and purpose-driven leadership.
