Complaints Procedure

Министерство образования ИСККОН стремится создать безопасную, уважительную и справедливую образовательную среду для всех участников образовательного процесса.

If you have experienced unethical, rude, discriminatory, unfair or otherwise unacceptable behavior by teachers, members of the education center or administration, you can send a complaint to the Ministry of Education.

We will ensure:

• Confidentiality of the handling of the complaint;
• Объективность и беспристрастность обзора;
• Принятие соответствующих мер по результатам проверки.

You can file a complaint by sending the details in an email to: office@iskconeducation.org

The Ministry of Education respects the right of applicants to protect their personal data and will take necessary steps to ensure the confidentiality of the information contained in the complaints submitted.

Вся информация, предоставленная в жалобе, будет использоваться исключительно в целях рассмотрения жалобы, проведения необходимого расследования и принятия соответствующих мер. Доступ к данным имеет только руководство Министерства.

The Ministry will not disclose the applicant’s personal information to third parties without their consent.
